    总有一种办法能搞定

    在跟大大小小不同老虎的磨合中,以前的我似乎总是遵循一条老路
    头几个月,大街小巷都能听到我的抱怨声,不活啦啊...太tough啦啊...没人性啊...
    后面几个月开始吹牛说,不错,这只老虎特别supportive,帮我搞定那个谁
    最后要换下一只虎虎时,便开始无比怀念现任老板的好...
    赖着说,做我的mentor吧...我们每个月联系一次,教教我怎么搞定下一只小虎~
     
    现在觉得自己这样挺幼稚的,像个小朋友闹情绪
    毕竟抱怨不解决任何问题,而且容易给自己在心理上设置屏障
    印度虎,美洲豹或者长白山的大白虎都有自己成长的心路历程
    先试着了解他,再用他的方式说出自己做事的方式...可能很多问题都会简单很多
     
    就好像煎鱼...以前每次每次都把鱼皮煎坏,粘锅...难看死
    脾气暴躁的骂鱼骂锅都无济于事
    去美食论坛找姐妹们的tips,原来有好多方法:
    1.下油前把锅烧热,用姜片把锅抹一遍
    2.把小鱼儿放进万恶的油锅之前,薄薄的用面粉扑在鱼皮上
    3.煎A面的时候,不要急于翻动小鱼儿,等A面煎好再换B面
    上周末试了,果然好用,鱼皮乖乖的贴在小鱼儿身上,等着被我吃掉
     
    所以现在的心态很平和~在公司里备了一些花茶和漂亮的花茶杯
    每天泡各种养颜花茶,活在下午茶的心境中
    所谓修身养性...培养气场的第一条就是,永远不能慌乱,暴怒...要用微笑着喝茶聊天把事情搞定!
     
    豆腐黄骨鱼汤
    黄骨鱼没有小刺,肉质鲜美.俺们这种平时用脑太凶的人,周末多喝点鱼汤的好~妈咪说,吃鱼变聪明!
    1.按照上述方法把洗干净擦干的小鱼儿煎炸一下,这样香嫩一些
    2.加水没过鱼身,放姜片,葱结.倒少量料酒,去腥.我偶尔喜欢调一点点的椰浆,因为喜欢椰香味的鱼汤hiahia
    3.大火煮开后,盖上锅盖小火炖10分钟.期间把豆腐切块用开水煮一煮,去豆腐气(因为豆腐很生气^^)
    4.最后放入不生气的豆腐,再炖10分钟就可以出锅啦~
    其实留一些绿绿的葱花在汤面上会更有feel...只是我讨厌吃葱>.<所以每次出锅的时候就把葱花姜片都扔掉了...
    (图片质量比较差-_-...或许因为豆腐还在生气吧-_-)
